"Not good quality"

We ordered a Berber twist elite carpet for living room stairs and top hall. After 6 months shaded areas appeared ! We take our shoes off and there is only 2 adults in house . My last carpet from J and W carpets (similar design and quality lasted 18 years before shading like this occurred. Very disappointed . Going to have to replace this. Manufacturer Cromar..
